This professional office and retail building, a dramatic and defining feature of the Van Wagner Place neighborhood, was repurposed from a warehouse and storage facility.

The building’s transformation added extensive amounts of glass, a brise soleil along the west side, and a covered entrance porch. Corrugated metal panels and other details were carefully chosen to celebrate the building’s history while emphasizing a feeling of modernity to the community.
